Refund Policy

Every piece of art is custom-made just for you.  As a result, as soon as an order is placed, it is final and cannot be refunded. If a print is sent damaged, please email us right away with proof of the damage, and we will replace or refund your item.

Please note: If your paper is bent in transit this does not mean it is damaged. Giclee archival fine art matte paper is used to create our prints. The thick, high-quality paper delivers a wide colour range and a crystal-clear image under glass. Please remember to roll your print back the opposite way after receiving it to make it straight before framing. 

Issues and damages
Please check your purchase when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is damaged or faulty so we can look into it and correct it.

Exchanges
Returning the item you now own and then making a new purchase for the desired item after the return has been approved is the quickest approach to ensure that you receive what you want.
