Change-of-Mind Return Conditions

• Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Returns are offered once per order, and a maximum of two change-of-mind returns per customer within a 12-month period
• Items must be returned in original packaging, in unused, as-new condition
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We will buy it back from you at full price

To request a return, please email studiokamalia@gmail.com your order number and item details. We will provide return instructions once your request has been approved.

Exchanges

Step number one is to get in touch and let us know about the issue with the product, by emailing studiokamalia@gmail.com. Please include the below details when contacting us:

- Your full name, email address, contact phone number and shipping address
- Your order number, the date of your order, the date you received your order and your receipt
- Let us know what print you would prefer instead.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You do not need to have the original packaging, but we recommend keeping it so that you don't need to purchase another suitable shipping package for the return. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
