After four months of travelling over Europe, I decided to start exploring my own country's most picturesque locations. My family and I visited Green Island, Fitzroy Island, Palm Cove, Cairns, and Port Douglas around three weeks after I arrived back home. Being the first family holiday in years, this was a really meaningful occasion for me.
About ten days after returning from my trip to Northern Queensland with my family trip, a friend messaged me and suggested that we go to Burleigh the following week. We booked flights, and Mia, who I travelled through Europe with, recently moved to Noosa and invited me to visit her there. So, in about a week, I decided to fly to Burleigh for four days before picking up my sister's car in Brisbane and driving directly up to Noosa. Whilst I stayed in Noosa a group of Mia's house mates and I drove to Double Island where we slept on the beach and surfed alongside dolphins and turtles. We also shuck oysters from the rocks.
I have many photos from these locations, but before releasing the Australia drop, there was still one image that I wanted to get that was entirely unique from the others. I decided to plan a trip to Sydney with two of my best friends from high school, and we visited locations like Bronte Beach, Coogee Beach, Icebergs, and Bondi Beach. My aim was to take photos that I would describe as somewhat in classic locations, but try to look at them from a unique perspective to capture them in the most original way.
The next locations I intend to travel to within Australia include Perth, the Whitsundays, and other undiscovered coastal communities.
